In charge of all the services provided by the Institute as well as its legal and financial administration. The main project was the well-known “Twinning”: development of educational programs on Jewish topics by schools in Israel and abroad. Work on a daily basis with inspectors, directors, teachers and pupils about contents, ways to produce the material and means to communicate it.
